Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Avail by Zestworld collects, uses, shares and keeps information when you use www.availnet.ai, the Availnet Agency portal and the Availnet Agency connector for AI assistants. Questions go to support@itsavail.com.
Who we are
Avail by Zestworld ("Avail", "we", "us") operates Availnet. We are the controller for the personal information this policy describes. Our contact is Chris Giliberti, 333 Schermerhorn St, Brooklyn, NY 11217, and support@itsavail.com.
Information we collect
Account and organization
Your name, email address and profile image from Google or email sign-in, the agencies you belong to, your role in each, and your account settings.
Creators, rosters, reports and inventory
What you and your agency add to Availnet: creator profiles and notes, search queries, rosters and their share snapshots, Campaign Reports, upcoming ad slots, inventory rules and brand claims.
Connected social accounts
When a creator connects a social account, such as a YouTube channel, we receive the account's public profile, content metadata and statistics, and, where the creator authorizes it, analytics and reporting data. We also hold the access tokens that let us refresh that data.
Sign-in and session
Session cookies that keep you signed in, and the tokens described under AI assistant connections when you connect an assistant.
Usage and device
Pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser and device details, and the referring site and campaign parameters of your first visit.
How we use information
- Account, organization, sign-in and session data: to sign you in, scope what you see to your agencies and role, and secure the service.
- Creator, roster, report and inventory data: to run the features you use, including share links, reports and inventory tracking.
- Connected social account data: to show creator statistics and build reports.
- Usage and device data: to troubleshoot, prevent abuse, measure how the service is used and improve it.
- Contact details: to tell you about security, service changes and product updates.
- All categories: to comply with law and platform policies.
How we share information
- Service providers for hosting, databases, email, error monitoring and analytics, under contract and only as needed to run the service.
- Anyone with a share link. Rosters and Campaign Reports you share are visible to whoever opens the link.
- AI assistant providers you connect, as described in AI assistant connections.
- Legal and safety recipients, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and security.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, with notice where required.
We do not sell YouTube API Data.
AI assistant connections
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, to Availnet Agency. When you connect, you choose one agency and the permissions the assistant gets. Availnet never grants more than your role in that agency allows.
What the assistant sends us
The requests it makes on your behalf, such as a creator search, a roster title or a slot date, and its client identity: the client ID and name it registers with us.
What we send the assistant
Data from the agency you chose, limited to the permissions you granted and your role: creators, rosters and share links, upcoming inventory and claims, and, with the Campaign Reports permission, reports and their analytics. Changes the assistant makes are saved like changes in the portal.
The assistant provider, for example Anthropic for Claude, receives this data. Its own privacy policy governs what it does with it.
What we keep
- A record of the connection: who connected, the agency, the assistant's client ID and name, the permissions granted, and when it was created and revoked.
- Sign-in tokens. Access tokens expire after one hour. Refresh tokens are replaced each time they are used and expire within 30 days, or sooner when the connection ends.
- Duplicate-protection records for changes: a hash of the request and a copy of the result we returned, which can include agency data such as roster or inventory details. They let a retried request return the first result instead of making the change twice. They expire after 24 hours, and we delete expired records daily.
- Operational logs and usage analytics: which tool ran, whether it succeeded, how long it took, a request ID, your user and agency IDs, the assistant's client ID and, in analytics, its user agent. We do not log the content of requests or results.
Your controls
- Choose the agency and permissions each time you connect. Reconnect to change them.
- Remove the connector in the assistant's settings to stop it using Availnet.
- Leaving an agency ends your assistant access to it on the next request.
Setup steps are in the Availnet Agency for Claude guide.
YouTube API Services
Some features use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can remove Avail's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings Connections page. Google's guide to third-party apps with access to your account explains how.
- 30-day rule for statistics. We delete or refresh stored YouTube statistics within 30 calendar days. We display the most up-to-date data available and label any historical values with an "as of" timestamp.
- Authorization checks. For connected accounts, we verify at least every 30 days that authorization remains valid and referenced resources still exist. If access is revoked, we stop refreshing that channel's data and mark it for reconnection. Data we already stored stays until you disconnect the channel or ask us to delete it.
- Deleting your data. You can delete the YouTube data we store about you at any time. Disconnecting a channel in your Avail account settings removes the connected channel and the OAuth tokens we hold for it, and stops new data collection. Campaign Reports built from that channel keep the results they already show. To delete those, or any other YouTube data we store about you, email us at support@itsavail.com. Deleting data in Avail does not delete anything on YouTube. Use YouTube or another authorized client to do that.
- Embedded player and autoplay. When the YouTube embedded player loads, certain data is exchanged with Google to render thumbnails/titles, determine playability/restrictions, and for fraud/abuse prevention; additional data is exchanged on playback. Autoplay is off by default to limit pre-interaction collection.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Availnet Agency portal uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. On www.availnet.ai we use:
- Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views.
- PostHog product analytics, which stores an identifier in a cookie and local storage and records pages viewed, clicks and time on page.
- A first-party attribution cookie that records the campaign parameters and referring site of your first visit for 30 days.
- The Monaco visitor tag, provided by Snitcher, which uses your IP address to identify the company network a visit comes from.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies stops you from signing in.
Data retention
We keep account, agency and creator data while the account or agency uses Availnet. YouTube statistics, assistant tokens and duplicate-protection records follow the shorter limits above. To ask us to delete your data, email support@itsavail.com.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion: email support@itsavail.com, or edit your data in the portal.
- YouTube access: disconnect a channel in Availnet, or remove Avail on the Google Connections page linked above.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
If we transfer data outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
Children
Availnet is not directed to children under 13, or the age of digital consent where you live. Do not use Availnet if you are under that age.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we also notify you on the site or by email. Changes apply from the new date.
