Availnet Agency for Claude

Connect Claude to your Availnet Agency workspace to find creators, check upcoming inventory, build rosters and read Campaign Reports. Claude works in one agency you choose, with only the permissions you allow.

Before you start

• An Availnet Agency account in the agency you want Claude to use. Sign in to Availnet Agency
• A Claude account that can add custom connectors. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector for the organization.

Connect Claude

1. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors.
2. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
3. Name it Availnet Agency, paste the URL and select Continue.
4. Keep the detected authentication settings and select Continue.
5. Under Authentication, choose Sign in now. Under OAuth client, keep Use Claude's published identity. Select Add.
6. Sign in to Availnet, then choose your agency and permissions.
7. In each chat, select + in the lower left, then Connectors, and switch on Availnet Agency.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector in Organization settings > Connectors with Add > Custom > Web, using the same URL and settings. Members then select Connect next to it under Customize > Connectors.

Choose your agency and permissions

When you sign in, Availnet asks which agency Claude should work in. Only agencies you belong to are listed. Then you choose permissions, and your agency role decides which ones you can allow.

View your agency's data

Always on. Any role.

Read creators, rosters and upcoming inventory in the agency you choose.

View Campaign Reports

Optional. Any role.

Read existing Campaign Reports and their selected analytics, and browse the creator accounts and content eligible for reports, in the agency you choose. A report is publicly addressable at its share link. This permission does not publish, revoke, or email.

Create and refresh rosters

Optional. Admin, Manager or Member.

Create new rosters and refresh the public share snapshot buyers see. A new roster is publicly addressable the moment it exists. Refresh does not change visibility or send email.

Manage upcoming inventory

Optional. Admin, Manager or Member.

Create and edit unclaimed upcoming ad slots.

Manage booking funnel claims

Optional. Admin, Manager or Member.

Add brand claims (interest, hold or booked) to upcoming ad slots. With the Manage upcoming inventory permission, also change the date or title of claimed upcoming ad slots, or block and unblock them. Changes apply right away, as in the agency portal.

To change permissions later, reconnect Claude and choose again.

How changes work

• Availnet marks every tool that changes data as a write. Whether Claude asks you first depends on your Claude tool settings and on what you have already allowed.
• Changes apply right away, as they do in the agency portal.
• A new roster has a public share link as soon as it exists.
• A retried create request returns the first result instead of creating a duplicate only when it reuses the same idempotency key and the same request, on the same connection, within 24 hours by default. A retry with a new key, after you reconnect, or after that window can create a second item.

Disconnect

To stop Claude from using Availnet, remove Availnet Agency under Customize > Connectors in Claude.

Troubleshooting

My agency isn't listed when I sign in

You need to be a member of that agency in Availnet. Ask one of its admins to invite you.

Claude says a permission is missing

Reconnect Claude and allow that permission on the Availnet screen.

Claude says my role can't do that

Reconnecting won't help. Ask an agency admin to change your role.

The connector stopped working

Reconnect it. Leaving an agency ends that agency's connections.

Claude can't add or connect to Availnet Agency

AI assistant access is off for your workspace. Email support@itsavail.com.

Claude says the slot changed since it last read it

Someone else edited it. Ask Claude to read the slot again, then retry.

Claude says a social account does not support upcoming inventory

Upcoming inventory works only on YouTube channels that are connected and active in Availnet. If the channel needs reauthorization, have it reconnected in Availnet, then retry.

Claude says it's sending too many requests

Each connection can make 120 reads and 20 changes a minute, and 10 creator searches by description a minute. Your agency shares a limit of 100 searches by description a minute. Wait a minute, then retry.
